A blog dedicated to my weight loss journey. I was thinner once but then I hid my problems in food, and now I can't look at my skinny jeans anymore.
Just so you know I'm doing this whole thing the healthy way, I don't believe in starving myself, I've already done it and it didn't work for me at all, and damaging my body in other ways.
I workout everytime I can, I love running, Pilates and Yoga.
I want to change for myself and my happyness only, so stick with me :)
