I was thinner once but then I hid my problems in food, and now I can’t look at my skinny jeans anymore.
Just so you know I’m doing this whole thing the healthy way, I don’t believe in starving myself, I’ve already done it and it didn’t work for me at all, and damaging my  body in other ways. 
I workout everytime I can, I love running, Pilates and Yoga.
I want to change for myself and my happyness only, so stick with me :)

So I survived 5 days for now, the only change I’ve noticed till now is that it’s getting quite easier to squat even if the number is increasing. Not much change for now on the booty front but I’m optimist :)&lt;br/&gt;
I’m also thinking of starting an abs challenge when I’m halfway with this we’ll see :)&lt;br/&gt;
